Lisa Hancock is a conflict resolution specialist and sought-after guest speaker whose work promotes dispute resolution, problem-solving, team building, and decision-making. Lisa received a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from SMU. She is an adjunct professor at SMU, Dallas College, and ACU's Duncum Center.

In 2007, she founded Restorative Communications to create courageous spaces for people to listen to each other and have conversations about what matters most. Lisa believes we are addicted to our own perspective, and any time we take the opportunity to listen to each other, we change the world just a little bit.

Lisa grew up in Dallas. She and her husband, Jim, have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Lisa is a voracious reader, a lifelong learner, and she loves to experiment in the kitchen. She believes we each have a call to ministry: The reconciliation of man to oneself.
